3. Production equipment

3. Process flow

The production process of the mask can be completed by threading the fabric, cutting the nose bridge, folding and pressing, and pressing the edge.

Fabric on-line: Put the prepared mask fabric on the production machine and stack them together. Ensure that the ventilation resistance is not too large, so as not to affect normal breathing, and ensure that the filtration efficiency meets the standard.

Nose bridge clip: To make the mask fit better with the nose, it is necessary to cut the mask and configure the nose bridge. When in use, press the nose clip to make a good fit curve between the mask and the nose, and ensure that the mask can better maintain the airtightness.

Folding and pressing: The mask is gradually narrowed by the machine, and the "folding structure" is gathered. On the one hand, the cross-section of the mask is reduced, and on the other hand, there is room for it to open. After folding, it needs to be pressed to make the surface of the mask more smooth.

Edge pressing: After the mask is folded and pressed, the edges of the mask must be pressed together to complete the flat mask surface.

Disinfection and sterilization: fragile non-woven fabrics generally do not need to be sterilized by high temperature. The colorless gas "ethylene oxide" is used to kill bacteria, molds and fungi.
